Our customers can cancel their tour up to 24 hours in advance of the booking date/time, and you will receive a full refund. We try to book. our guides in advance to accommodate for travel time to Idlewild. Additionally, our policy is that if a customer is unhappy with their tour, they can contact the owner within 14 days for a full refund.
